Refund Deadline:	I acknowledge that the deadline to cancel for the E-Star is the Materials Due to Editor date for your selected issue, or within 2 weeks of making your payment — whichever comes first. The deadline to cancel for the Pre-Conference and Conference Programs and the Conference App Sponsorship is Thursday, October 1, 2026. Cancellations postmarked before the corresponding deadline will receive a full refund less $100. Cancellations postmarked after the corresponding deadline will not receive a refund.
