TAEA Annual Conference — Commercial Exhibits Registration

TAEA's Commercial Exhibits at the TAEA Conference is designed for exhibitors selling / introducing art materials, colleges / art programs sharing about what their programs have to offer, and those who are presenting products / services that art educators might enjoy using in their classrooms and / or art studios. If you don't fit neatly into one of these categories, please contact us at before registering to make sure that this is a good fit for you. Send us information about your business and a photo of your booth setup / products (if you have one).

Before you begin registration, please review the 2025 Commercial Exhibits Packet. The 2026 packet will be very similar. But before you begin your application, please be sure that you review the General Regulations for Exhibitors and agree to everything related to membership, requirements, booth assignments, what the booth includes, exhibit hours, etc.

Booth Costs

1st Booth $550
Each Additional Booth $500

Important Deadlines

8/31/2026 — Deposits Allowed — After this, payments must be made in full.
10/1/2026 — Payment Deadline — Exhibitors who made deposits must pay the rest of their balance in full by this date.
10/1/2026 — Cancellation Deadline — For cancellations postmarked before October 1, you will receive a full refund of what you have paid, less $100. For cancellations postmarked on or after October 1, no refund will be made.
10/15/2026 — Registration Deadline
11/1/2026 — Badge Names Edit Deadline
