The ideal candidate will inspire students through hands-on learning in clay techniques, wheel throwing, hand-building, glazing, firing processes, and three-dimensional design while fostering creativity and artistic growth. Qualifications: Experience teaching ceramics and sculpture Knowledge of kiln operation, glazing techniques, and ceramic studio safety procedures Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to support student creativity and portfolio development in three-dimensional art forms
