Comments, Instructions, or Additional Information:	Job Title: Middle School Art Teacher Location: Belton Middle School — Belton, TX Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Belton Middle School is looking for a passionate, creative, and energetic Art Teacher to inspire our students. In this role, you will introduce middle schoolers to a wide variety of artistic mediums, help them develop their unique creative voices, and foster an inclusive classroom where every student feels confident exploring their imagination. From drawing and painting to ceramics and mixed media, you will create a dynamic studio environment that makes art accessible and exciting for adolescents. Key Responsibilities Inspire Creativity: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate art projects that cover art history, technique, and creative problem-solving. Build Community: Foster a supportive classroom culture where students feel safe taking creative risks. Showcase Student Talent: Organize and display student artwork around the school and help coordinate local student art exhibitions. Manage the Studio: Oversee art supplies, equipment, safety protocols, and budget efficiently. What We Are Looking For Certification: Valid Texas Educator Certificate in Art (EC-12) or eligibility for an alternative certification pathway. Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. The Right Mindset: A true love for teaching middle school students (patience and a sense of humor are absolute musts!).
