What I Love About TAEA: I learn something new at every workshop and conference but the thing that I love the most is the people. I have made amazing friendships and met people who love what they do from every part of Texas. Those relationships are the best part of TAEA.
The Texas Museum Education community within TAEA is a vibrant and growing network of educators who bring art to life in museums all across the state. From hands-on gallery experiences and school partnerships to public programs and creative community events, museum educators are opening doors to exciting ways of learning that go far beyond the traditional classroom. We celebrate the many ways you spark curiosity, inspire creativity, and connect people of all ages to art and culture. We'd love to hear your ideas, share your successes, and keep building this dynamic community together as we grow the impact of museum-based art education in Texas.
Texas Art Education Outreach
TAEO promotes and offers successful quality art education support to Texas art educators through mentoring and professional development presentations.
- What can you do to help the members you serve?
- Do you know a good presenter?
- Do you know someone who would be a great mentor?
- Can you send information from people who reach out to you?
- Can you reach out to other art educators?
TAEO can help with presenters and mentors.
Let's help each other to prepare, support, and encourage Texas art educators.
