What I Love About TAEA: I love the passion that permeates within the organization to continue all efforts in providing and exemplifying excellent progression of Visual Arts Education, Advocacy, Outreach, and Mentorship to its members, stakeholders, and more importantly, the students we serve. The charge of taking onus to impact the state through our Visual Language is believed by all and graciously imparted through the wisdom of colleagues and friends within the organization. For that, I am honored and humbled.

Greetings to my fellow colleagues both near and far! I am honored to serve in this role and to shed light on the power and purpose of Visual Arts through the lens of academia. The National Arts Honor Society serves more than an environment that nurtures students' artistic merit and cultivates their growth as artists. The National Arts Honors Society allows students to begin to see themselves as artists nationally and globally as they navigate professional opportunities and scholarships that will help continue to secure their future aspirations as artists. I intend to work with every district in our stateto help navigate the establishment of charters and celebrate that Artistic and Academic success of these students and their work.
