VASE History — Recognizing and Honoring Achievement

A foundational belief of this event was ensuring that each student felt supported and encouraged to continue in their artistic pursuits. Also crucial was providing recognition and support for teachers and recognition of quality art education.

1. Certificates were given to all student participants; Medals were given to those earning Superior ratings.
2. A public exhibition of artworks was organized for parents, teachers, and student. This was crucial to honoring student success and contributions from teachers.
3. Student Awards were presented at an awards ceremony during the exhibition.
