Each year, TAEA presents an exhibit of Pre-K - 12th grade artwork from across the state at the Texas Association of School Administrators & Texas Association of School Boards (TASA/TASB) Fall Conference. This conference attracts school board members, superintendents, and district administrators from all over Texas. Your Superintendent of School Board members may be there looking for your art!
TAEA also presents an Arts Advocacy booth in the Exhibit Hall, where area art teachers have the opportunity to bring their students and demonstrate quality art making in action.
Like the YAM Capitol Exhibit, registration of all work is done by ONE DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE. Please contact your colleagues or your arts coordinator to submit work together.
The 2022 TASA/TASB conference will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, September 23-24. District representatives will receive a shared folder to upload their permission slips and artwork once they have registered. Please upload artwork and images and the scanned PDF permission slip to the shared folder.
The online entry window will be active Wednesday, August 10, 2022 - Thursday, September 15, 2022. Refer to the 2022-2023 YAM Book at that time. We look forward to every district in the Lone Star State being recognized at this exhibition!
