She received her bachelors degree in Art History at Arizona State University, a masters degree in Art History at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland, and a masters degree in Teaching at Mississippi University for Women. She teaches Digital Art in Mansfield ISD and is an adjunct professor at Tarrant County College. Austin State University with over 20 years of teaching experience in photography and art education. His current research explores arts integration and tintype photography with STEM to explore the interactions where chemistry and art intersect.
