TAEA News — Elsik Students in National K-12 Ceramics Exhibition

TAEA member RJ Christensen's students at Elsik High School in Richmond, Texas — Jonathan Rivera and Guadalupe Garcia — were selected for the National K-12 Ceramics Exhibition in Portland, Oregon, this year! Their work was selected from 1,413 works submitted nationwide. This exhibition is an annual juried ceramic competition that showcases the best ceramic artwork in the country made by students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Jurors for the exhibition are selected from the top rank of American ceramic artists. Scholarships and awards will be presented at the end of March to some students whose work was selected for the show. Join TAEA in congratulating these students on this accomplishment!
