District YAM Report/Scrapbook Submission due

Youth Art Month Report 2019-2020

Online submission available on the TAEA website! 

A summary report of your YAM activities should be submitted to the YAM VP by one of the following persons:

- local YAM chairperson

- Area Art Education Association YAM chairperson

- Area Educators in school districts that do not have a designated YAM chairperson

- individual schools that promote YAM activities

IMPORTANT: All local reports will be organized into a state report/scrapbook for the National YAM organization.   Please use the report form found in the YAM Booklet when submitting your report electronically.

Electronically submitted reports should include:

- summary written reports (found in YAM Booklet)  

- listing of monetary and in kind donations

- innovative ideas to bring awareness to the community about YAM

- copies of your scrapbook, documentation of photos, news clippings, posters, printed programs, proclamations, and/or endorsements

- evidence of increased support for art education in the local area

- Award(s) of Excellence will be presented to at leas one local YAM chairperson.  Selection will be based on the extensiveness of YAM activities as well as throughness of report

ONLINE report form will contain the same information.

COMPLETE ONLINE OR PRINT AND ELECTRONICALLY SUBMIT ALL REPORTS BY JUNE 12, 2020 TO CHRISTINE GRAFE.
