Dime's Worth of Paint
Cheryl Evans
Tired of students pouring our too much paint? Use disposable white plastic dinner plates for palettes. Using a black permanent marker, draw circles about the size of a dime on the plate. Students are only supposed to pour out a "dimes worth" of paint. This resulted in a 30% saving of paint in my class.
Now, if someone could just send me some brush saving tips!
